A tattoo shop in Rochester had reason to celebrate Tuesday night.

Laura Wachholder, an artist and co-owner of Atomic Roc Tattoo, has been competing on the Paramount Network reality show Ink Master. The 12th season of the show pitted Laura against 17 other contestants.

The show pits teams of male and female tattoo artists against one another, competing for $100,000, an editorial feature in Inked and the title of Ink Master.

When the finale aired Tuesday night, Laura was named the winner of the four finalists.

Laura posted on her Instagram page that she had “no words” after being named the winner. The Geneseo native has been working as a tattoo artist for the last six years.
